Spirit Wear Chair Time Requirement – Begins in August.10 hours a week at the beginning of the school year, 2-3 hours a week around events throughout the year. Must be able to work Back to School night and Meet the Teacher events to promote spirit wear.

 

Summary of Responsibilities:

1. Work with VP of Fundraising and PTA Board to select fall and spring spirit wear (clothing and products with MTES logo and name).

2. Obtains approval on design from PTA board.

3. Develops pricing strategy and presents to the PTA board.

4. Orders merchandise and serves as MTES liaison to spirit ear suppliers.

5. Attends school events to promote/sell spirit wear.

6. Manages distribution of orders.

7. Works with website administrator to keep online store up to date.

8. Promotes spirit wear throughout the year through PTA website and social media.

9. Ensures monies from spirit wear sales are accounted for and reported to treasurer.
