PTA Board Contact: Secretary

 

Time Required: 

* Mostly concentrated in Early August through end of September 

* 2 hours to prep for Back to School Packets and Night

* 2 hours at Back to School Night

* 30 minutes per week to coordinate

 

* Setup Signup Genius page with available dates and times

* Identify school partners in the front office who will be main contact for Dads, and who will work with the teachers to set daily schedules

* Set up Volunteer set up on PTA website (early August)

* Update flyer and Shirt order form for Back to School Packet (early August)
